The NALM Clinic works with companies, of all different sizes, to promote optimal health in the workplace.
We work with each company closely to devise a bespoke service tailored to your individual needs which can include one off talks, a series of talks and seminars, lunch and learns, and half or full days of 1:1 consultations with your employees for an even more personalised offering. We can also work with onsite catering providers to optimise the nutritional content quality of the food provided to employees.
Our talks, workshops and consultations empower staff to adopt healthier lifestyles. Better food choices improve employees daily energy, performance and overall health. Improved employee health and happiness has a direct impact on a companies bottom line through reduced sick pay and better staff concentration and retention.
With poor eating habits increasing the likelihood of poor productivity by as much as 66% and some figures suggesting they cost UK employers £17 billion a year, it is no wonder that organisations are placing a more emphasis on employee health and wellbeing than ever before. Food and lifestyle habits can dramatically affect the productivity, stress resilience, energy levels, and mental health of employees, which is why nutrition and lifestyle are vital areas to focus on for any dynamic and successful business.
We deliver fresh, creative and practical information in an interactive style so everyone leaves each session feeling empowered with actionable steps to make positive changes to their lives.
Testimonials
“Clemmie is not only incredibly knowledgeable but has a real ability to take complex information and communicate in a way which really helps the individual. She truly listens to what a client needs, asks effective questions, and delivers ideas and recommendations based on evidence and a real understanding of what's appropriate and realistic. Clemmie is an absolute joy to work with. You can 100% trust her with the wellbeing of your people. She cares about each and every person who comes to her for support and will often go the extra mile to help. The latest feedback we got from a round of 1-1s included a '4.9 / 5.0' to the question "Out of 5, how likely is it that you would recommend the 1-1 to a friend/colleague?” I think that says it all! Employees said they felt supported and valued, they enjoyed receiving personalised advice on the topics they really care about, as well as actionable tips to integrate into daily life and, ultimately, eat and feel better.”
-Chris Pinner, Founder of Innerfit.
“Clemmie gave a great talk on healthy eating whilst working from home which was really well received by our employees. We then arranged a series of 4 talks through January which all had great attendance and were interesting, informative, helpful and delivered in a professional and relaxed way.
Clemmie has a great style and is perfect for these kind of corporate talks, backing everything up with science but in a clear and simple way that is really engaging.”
— Chris, Head of Reward, Howden Group Holdings
“Clemmie came to Derwent during our Mental Health week and gave a talk on Optimising Our Health and Performance through Nutrition. She was very open and focused on our needs as a company, and delivered the key objectives we discussed prior to the presentation. Clemmie was very engaging during her talk, providing us with every day tips that we could simply follow. The talk was delivered with passion and enthusiasm and we were all hanging on every word Clemmie said. Clemmie’s knowledge and skills are eye opening - her presentation opened up the company to the nutritional issues we all facing and showed our employees that nutrition plays a huge party in our productivity, stress and mental health levels.”

“Working with Clemmie has been a real pleasure. Ever since our first meeting it has been like working with a good friend, and her passion for what she does really shines through. Clemmie went the extra mile throughout the organisation, attending several meetings prior to the event to understand our objectives as well as support on the day and presenting to a large audience at a busy lunch time. The simplicity of the slides and interactive nature of the talk made it easy to understand and she gave practical simple tips so people could start making small improvements straight away. We have had some lovely feedback from people who found the talk interesting and enlightening. It has been great hearing the enthusiasm about what they learnt and how they have implemented this into their own lives. Particularly being mindful of old habits like reaching for the usual fizzy drink or coffee stimulant and choosing a healthier alternative instead.”
