The Ultimate Porridge
Ingredients (Serves 1)
1/2 cup of porridge oats
1/2 cup of rice milk
1/2 cup of water
Small Handful of blueberries
1/2 a banana
Small Handful of raspberries
1/2 tbsp of nut butter of choice
Method
Put the porridge oats, rice milk and water in a saucepan and heat over a medium heat, stirring occasionally until cooked.
Serve topped with the blueberries, raspberries, banana, and nut butter.
